A problem with experian. Does this constitue reaging??

I had a derogotory item listed on experian that was due to fall off in November of 2009. I pulled a new ex report and that same item now says "will contine on record untill December 2009" No other account info has changed. It said that it would fall off in November for several months and I can prove the change occured on Dec 1 as I pull often and always print off copies.

What can be done about this??

I recall this happening to others. I personally would sit tight and wait it out through mid-next month. If you mailed in letters, it would take more than 30 days to resolve anyway.

If it drops off 12/2009, then is the DOFD any time before 6/2002?

I am not focused on what the CRA is saying, I am focused on what the derog was...

Was it a simple monthly derog on an OC account, a charge off, or a collectiion? 

Can you provide some detail?
