ACS GW info for lates?

Hi all- my husband has one lingering issue with his report now that all the baddies are pretty much gone- recent lates with ACS.  We have been current for 6 months now, and I know putting time in between is the best way to lessen the sting of those, but has anyone been successful is GW'ing lates?  its 3 of them- 60, 90, 120.  I know, horrible... but it was a rough time in life and I was hoping to have them removed.  If they don't then it is what it is, but I figured it can't hurt to try.  Thanks!

No dealings with them, but I would try the GW route.
