I just got a NO from ACS to GW my lates. I emailed them from the email addy they have on the website. Anyone else have another way?

ACS is a thorn in my side. I have received multiple "NO's from them. I usually send 2 letters a week to the mailing address.

Do you send the same letter and change date? Write a new one? Or just as is and keep mailing?? LOL
