Hi Guys,
I'm wondering - given the info provided the below screen shot from MyFico SW - does it look like they're actually trying to add ANOTHER collection onto my account - rather than update the existing (paid) collection? SW seems to think so - but, I'm not sure if this is just account maintenance/record keeping or what:
There doesn't seem to be any negative impact - however.
On my latest report for EX - it doesn't show the $0 balance though. EQ/TU - however, do. Could this be just a difference in reporting?
What should I do here?
I cant see the image , but since you said it was paid off, have you tried to send them a GW email to delete. So far they have been pretty easy.
Been there; done that -- rejected.
Via both email address?

I think SW will give you 2 alerts and make it look like another when it isn't. Have you checked you report directly from the CRAs?
