Account Fall Off- Verizon Wireless

Ok, here's the scenerio:

Verizon wireless reported $116 on my CR. They didn't use an outside CA, it was done in house. The date I opened the account is 10/2005. The DOLA is 8/2008, which is the month and year I paid the account. When will this account fall off?

It depends on the DoFD.  Neither the date opened or the DOLA will have anything to do with the exclusion date.

When did you first become delinquent and never bring the account current?  Is there a payment history on the CR?

There is no payment history because they were my cellphone service provider. Do I call them to find out when this account first was placed in collection status?

Yes, and it is actually 180 days before it was placed in collections.
