Wow - how'd you get the venture with those scores?
I've been with Capital One for a few years now. I had a Platinum and a Journey with them.
In April I had a job change that nearly triple my income (to 160k). I PC'd my Platinum to Venture and Journey to Quicksilver.
I'm running about $4k-$6k per month in business expenses through my cards (originally on my Discover), but Capital One wanted that business. Working on extending my CL with them right now to help with my UTI. I pay off my cards 2-3 times a month, but it's a pain to keep track of reporting dates when I'm continuously dumping business expenses on them.
I know I'm lucky to have the cards I have with the scores I have, but I'm sure my income and monthly utilization has a lot to do with it.

Nice, wish I could find a job like that!
It's a great job for sure, doing what I love.
The 10k points a month on the Venture isn't bad either!
Congrats! I hit that milestone recently as well and it's a great feeling!
Congrats!
