Will be deleted from my credit report... Will email letter in 14 days and it will take 30-60 days for it to be deleted. Should I believe them?

I would and congrats on getting the PFD. Verbal commitments can be acted on just like written commitments can should there be a problem. You should record the call if at all possible if doing this by phone.

Seeing is believing but as long as you have proof of the PFD, you should be solid if any hiccups occur.
