Correct, there have been several accounts of ERC deleting for people. Gotta say though that with the recent spate of LVNV deletions maybe they're seeing the light too that if you work with people, you're more likely to get paid. One can hope

I don’t mean to be irrational in my thinking here but I am already in a payment situation. Are you saying I should stop or restructure the terms of the debt payment?

As I’ve said before, confrontation is difficult for me. I wasn’t even able to achieve getting documentations of our terms with either ERC nor Convergant. As soon as I asked about any form of agreement letter they went from happy to be getting payment to on the offensive. Telling me they’d only send one after payment was given in full. Which I know makes me a chump and they’ll probably take advantage of me somehow.
