My wife has a 30 day late from Chase which is correct and is on the Annual Credit Report for TU. MyFICO TU report says no delinquency either in the Credit Data listing all accounts ( Worse Deliquency = None Reported ") or under " Negative Accounts " in " Items to Review
Why should there be a discrepancy?
It could be that MyFico has not updated yet. How long ago did the late show up on the annual report?
The late is from 2016. It was on a 3 bureau Fico at one point but on a recent TU individual it's not.
See if its on CK. Then you'll know if its a MyFICO thing.
It is a MyFICO thing for sure as annualcreditreport.com is basically the golden standard being that it's endorsed/ regulated by the government.
@FireMedic1 It is not on CK. So curious why it's on Annual but not MyFico or CK

Because a single, old isolated 30 day late is not considered derogatory by the scoring algorithm.
This is just a CMS display issue.
@dragontears Thanks. So the score is not taking this into account ?
As an aside, MyFico is showing this on EX and EQ reports.

It's still factored into your score, but credit monitoring systems (CMS) don't view it as a major derogatory. However, that doesn't explain why it's completely missing from TU.
ETA: Does it actually show up in the payment history/worst derogatory section of the account when you view your TU report on MF?
