Can you help me with LVNV Funding, they listed on my credit repot as a factoring company...

LVNV can not be a factoring company they are a CA. And yes it does matter if they report it that way. It is false and misleading.

Yes It does suck that they list themselves as one but, there is no law or violation they are breaking. The FCRA still see's them as collection agency.
