I have student loan in rehab through Dept of Ed and have about 3 more payments to go. When my loan defualted it was transferred to Ed Financial and then back to Dept of Ed. The Ed Financial tradeline is showing 60, 90 and 120 day lates on file. Has anyone had sucess with getting those marks removed from credit profile? I thought about contacting the Ombudsman office to see if they are willing to GW the account, but reading through the threads it seems as though that will be impossible.
