Any success stories with EOS CCA?

I have a paid collection on 2 of my 3 reports from EOS.  I emailed the EO today with the hopes of getting the trade line deleted.  It's the only derogatory I have on my report.  Has anyone had any success in getting rid of a paid collection with them?  I paid it in full in March 2016.  Thanks.

I was able to do a PFD with them earlier this year or late last year if I remember correctly. They were happy to do so to get the limited amount I owed them. Easy to work with.

Since you already paid, a GW letter might work in your favor.

Explain its the only neg on your reports and you've improved you credit management blah blah...
