I am going to need help getting a PFD with a CA name LVNV it is a debt that has been resold. I am trying for a FHA loan and just learned that a neew Collection would kep me from getting the loan....is this true if the debt is a few years old with a re-sold debt?

What the age of the debt is doesn't matter, it is when the collection hit your report.
