Anyone Had Any Success Removing Certegy Collections / Accounts

Hi there,

Certegy is trying to collect on several debts that are out of SOL.  I've done everything I can think of, even the 1-2 punch, DV w/ SOL, called them under the carpet in a separate letter outlining their FDCPA violations including misrepresentation of debt to no avail.

Should my next step be to file an FTC complaint?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Are these accounts yours? Just because collections are past legal SOL, doesn't mean they go away. CAs and JDBs can attempt to colllect on any unpaid debt forever.

I know that they try to collect forever if they like.

Not sure if they're mine....they haven't submitted info to prove they are.
