Eww, Midland...talk about a CRA going rogue!!! They are truly a mess...took me 3 months to get a lien removed from my property almost 2 years after they had been paid in full through a Ch 13 bankruptcy. They acted like they didn't know what was going on until I sent them a copy of the payments from my trustee...do what you must LOL!!!

i THINK WE SHOULD HAVE A MAKE A HANGUP DAY! cAN i TELL YOU HOW MANY TIMES A CREDITOR WOUYLD CALL and then hang up they must have to meet quotas for calls made or something. But sseriously I would be so down with calling the agencies with a fictious name and saying Im calling to pay and watch them go around like mice in a maze the way we do when they insist an account is ours at an address we havent lived at for 9 years IMO
