Anyone ever have luck with GW to Verizon for PAID collection?

Hey all.

 

I have 1 last baddie.  Its Verizon that I paid in full and is showing a 0 balance.  Curious if anyone ever had luck with GW to verizon for a PAID in full account?

And also is there any credit score effect of a CLI?  Beyond the utilization aspect due to added available money.
