Anyone have a contact at HSBC and Portfolio for GW letter?

I have a paid accounts with HSBC and Portfolio that are scheduled to fall off this December.  I was thinking about writing them with a GW letter to see if they would remove it sooner.  Anyone have a good contact at HSBC Bank or Portfolio?
