Did you send a gw by email? Did it work for you? I have a collection from them that I paid in full but it''s still showing as a collection but a paid collection. I was wondering if I could get them to remove the charge off part or just delete the account all together.
No I submitted mine through the mail. I haven't received a response yet. I have sent several PFD. I read on this website that HSBC didn't do PFD, but not sure about GW. I looked them up on the BBB website to get a contact name. They also have Ms. Theresa Nicchia listed as the Dept. Manager. Good luck.
