Hi everyone,
Does anyone has a direct contact at NCB Management Service?
As I'm trying to get an acct deleted.
Any help would be gladly appreciated.
Thank you!!!

You can get a PFD with NCB, as I was successful, but you cannot go to entry level CSRs for it, they will deny them. I had to work my way up the mmagement ladder and be convincing.
Sounds like you may have already paid it, though? If so, you may have lost your leverage to negotiate the removal of this account. Still, it does not hurt to call and work your way up the management ladder and try.
I just googled their number and called.
Greetings JERV ~ I will private message you the contact information for NCB Management Services' Chief Compliance Officer: Mr. Joseph F. Kimsal. Wishing you success in resolving this issue in your favor.

I have a CR company working on that. Only left to delete in TU and EX.
@Anonymous I just paid off a large collection with them. When I called NCB and said I wanted to pay in full, the rep said that the account would be deleted. She said the account would first get updated to a zero balance in 30 days, then deleted in 60. My experience was the day after calling the balance started reporting zero and was deleted from TransUnion and Equifax a week or two later. Experian has been quite slow to report the deletion. Now I don't know if it's any different for a large to small collection or new to older collection. I'm sure when I called and said I wanted to pay $13,500 on a 2.5 year old collection, that rep became employee of the month.
@babygirl1256 would appreciate the info if possible. Thanks much! I've been trying to get a PFD but no response to my letters so far (2 of them). TIA!
Hi can you contact me this man’s information? I am interested in doing a pay to delete with NCB. Thanks!
I have a contact for NBC. I will PM it to you, unsure if it works still but you can give it a shot!
