Spiegel may give them on a soft pull...I recently got one...but closed it...after I saw their products..and my wife didn't want any of them...Spiegel has a pre-approval link...if they have a pre-approval for you...you can apply..and it won't turn into a hard pull...I read that HSN does this too...but whoever posted that was WRONG...and I wasted an inquiry for it...
Other options..would be those catalog cards...like USA Gold...or something like that...which requires a down payment...I think I read that those kind of cards were going to start requiring credit checks...sometime in April...I may be wrong though...
