Auto Loan Charge off - Advise on Further action

All, from my previous post you can know that i have 3 baddies on my profile. I want to start this thread to deal with one ( will get to other 2 later. one step at a time ) JPMCB Auto Fin that has been lingering around on my mind for quite sometime now. What do you make out of the below situation and what do you read out of it and I need your suggestion and advise as how to tackle this baddie.

Okie, So here is the latest status of this Charge off as bad debt account. Suprising thing is my Fico 3B report shows 0 collections. I fail to understand that point.

Was DOFD Date Of First Delinquency July 2015?

Was it ever made current afterwards?

Yes thats right but you can see one latest 90 day Derog was reported in 2018. But majority were last reported in 15 and 16 and eventually the status became as Charged-Off/Bad debt

Re: Auto Loan Charge off - Advise on Further action

FCRA Section 605(A)(4), 605(c)(1)

Charge-Offs - Seven years. The time runs from the date of the delinquency, plus 180 days. For example, if a payment was due on an account on January 1, 2001, but the debtor defaulted, and never caught up to become current again, and the account is eventually declared a charge-off by the creditor, then the seven year reporting time limit starts running on July 1, 2001, with the item scheduled to expire from his/her credit reports on July 1, 2008.

Re: Auto Loan Charge off - Advise on Further action

Date of last activity - send a method of verification to each cb, I would do this through CFPB. Most likely they will respond with currently being investigated, sometimes they'll remove. If they respond with item being currently being investigated, submit feedback to the complaint stating the following:

"This credit bureau has still not issued a proper response to my method of investigation request, however this information is still being reported by the credit bureau onto my credit report. Please direct this consumer reporting agency to immediately cease and desist from reporting information pertaining to the disputed accounts at once.

Thank you very much for you help in resolving this matter it is greatly appreciated"
