I'm going through the process with a tax lien from the state of GA right now...from 2006...never realized I didn't file that year so they took it out of my return from 2011. I just sent off letters to the CRAs via CMRRR and asked for deletion due to a letter I received that stated it should be 'canceled from record.' With your success, I now know the proper next steps to take if that doesn't work out. Thanks for your update!
