BK Reporting Question - Help

How can this be?  Ch. 7 was filed 2/4/09.  This debt is showing as a Key Derogatory  in Nov. 2012??

CREDIT CARD

Balance: $0

Date Opened: 7/1/08

Status: Closed

Payment Status: Debt included in or discharged through Bankruptcy Chapter 7, 11, or 12

Terms: Revolving

Comments: Transferred to another lender or claim purchased

Dates: Dec 2010-Oct 2012 all show "No Data"  Then Nov 2012 shows "Key Derogatory"

This is my husbands report and I didn't believe him when he told me it showed that.......anyone have any advice/suggestions?

Did your score change?  It shouldn't have.

KD has no meaning in and of itself.  It just means that the underlying account was IIB.

So I should not be concerned that this is showing up this way in many of his accounts?  Even if it it looks as though the bad dates are more recent?

The ND means nothing was reported for those months and just recently did.

Honestly we had not pulled his score for a while, since his BK, so I am not sure.

I'll do some checking.  Seems they shouldn't be reporting a history at all if it is IIB.

Did you happen to find out anything on this?

Yes, the payment history will be reported and the lates will be removed under the normal 7 year rule.

But most of them are presently reporting the current months or months late last year as KD.
