Look towards your local credit union or an online credit union e.g. DCU. I'm not sure how receptive they are with a recent BK discharge.
Your going to have to give it a year at least to prove you can make payments on time. Then as @AllZero said look into CU's. Still too soon to refi just yet. Yes others get lower APR's at times. But without knowing your past negs that led to BK. This is a blanket post.
