I had success with them last month after complaining about them on their Facebook page. I got an immediate reply, putting me in touch with someone via email from their social media team, and they were all over it from that point forward. Asked me a few questions, and within a few days they had agreed to wipe nearly two years of major derogs (all of 2011 and 2012; 2013 to date has been current anyway).
