Best New LOC?

I'm working on raising my FICO to 650 so I can refinance my home mortgage. I tried the CreditExpert score simulator from PrivacyGuard and it recommended that I open a new LOC.

My question is 1) what CC or other LOC would you recommend I apply for? and

2) do you agree with the recommendation from CreditExpert?

LOC and CC are essentially considered the same for FICO scoring, so either would probably be the same effect

Need more info on your profile to really say, though
