Best way to handle parking tickets on CR?

I pulled my CR and found 2 collections for parking tickets.  One is already paid and whos as a paid collection.  The other is unpaid and shows as an unpaid collection.  

 

Both are in Colorado from 2009 and are valid.

 

What is the best way to get them resolved and removed from my CR?  Contact the city?  Dispute them?  Contact the CA?

I would contact whoever is reporting the unpaid debt on your CR and offer a PFD.  For the paid one, I'd send a GW.
