Broke into the 600s today!

My Experian FICO 8 is 610 as of today!! It’s hard to believe that a year ago my score was in the low 400s. I WILL be buying a home this year.

For those of you just starting your rebuild, hard work does pay off! And for those of you who have guided me along the way, I am so grateful. You all have been the most informative and helpful bunch.

I still have a ways to go, but I finally feel like I’m getting somewhere.

Congrats on your current rebuild and keep up the good work.

Continue working on your derogs as your middle score will be used for lending purposes (currently that's your TU 579).

You want your scores as high as they can be before starting mortgage process.
