If you product change (upgrade) a Capital One card, it stops CLI requests for 6 months.  Always request CLI before requesting an upgrade.

Wow @ABCD2199, if that’s the case. that sucks. The CSR didn’t mention that when I asked her. She just said that it didn’t matter and that I could request it anytime. However, I guess technically I can request whenever I want to, but I should’ve probably asked her was it likely that I’ll get a CLI!
