No it's not. Send that copy of your credit report listing PRA as a factoring company to as back-up to your dispute.

Hmmm...I'm not sure about that. Hopefully someone else can chime in. Have you tried to file a complaint with the BBB or CFPB regarding the past incorrect reporting and sending the documentation to prove where they previously violated by reporting as a factoring company? Maybe that will work.
