I sent a DV to a CA on or around May 23(received on May 27) they have still not updated it as in dispute!

Isnt that a violation?

Rebuilding and Reducing Debt, is my game plan.

I wish I knew. The CA signed for my DV on 6/19 and on 6/21 updated my CRA to show a derog but it doesn't show dispute.
