CFPB Enforcement of CRA Dispute Process

A heads-up that the CFPB issued a policy statement in September related to the CRA dispute process, with focus on ensuring that all relevanat information is forwarded by the CRA to furnishers, and that furnishers review all relevant information. Specific reference is made to ehancement of the e-OSCAR process to include all supporting documentation.

They also refer to enhanced enforement of violations. A huge step!
