myFico family, i have a two questions. First- have anyone tried to deal with Kohls for PFD? if so any info will be appreciated.
second- i have collection for Progressive insurance but when i called Progressive they have no info or anything about it on file.
Collection is from the receivable managment for 643, how to proceed with this one?

I just sent a PFD letter to Kohl's last week, once I have something to report on it I will.
Good Luch!
If the collection is inaccurate and they cannot verify it, you should dispute it with the credit bureau online.Sounds like a hole in one.GOOD LUCK...
Kohl's is managed by Capitol One. The very idea of pay for delete or goodwill letters never crosses Capitol One's computers. I do not think you will get anywhere with this lender.
Progressive is considered to be a pain when it comes to making agreements. Considering that the only reason for them to go after you is for non-payment of your full amounts owed on a crash I am going to go ahead and say that this one will not go away either.
