Thoughts?  Suggestions?  Any other tactics to try during the next 6 years?

 

The Good:

2008 Positive Car Loan Paid as agreed.

2013 Positive Car Loan Paid as agreed.

2008 Student Loan Paid as agreed. - only on Experian.

Cap 1 QS Open 

USAA CC Open

NFCU CC Open

Cap 1 Visa Open

Overstock Charge Card Open

VS Charge Card Open

Cap 1 Secured Closed. Paid as agreed. Open June 2015.

5% Utilization overall.

 

The Bad:

2014 Car Loan, 60 day late July 2014 - Open.  GW letter every month.

 

The Ugly:

Portfolio Recovery October 2014. PIF.  GW letter every month.

Credit Control Corp number 1. July 2014. PIF. GW letter every month. BBB closed, it remains.

Credit Control Corp number 2. July 2014. PIF. GW letter every month. BBB closed, it remains.

US Bank Charge Off September 2014. GW letter every 2 months to 4 different individuals.

 

Bearing my credit soul. Studying FTC law, Consumer law, PRA and Midlands recent order, and CFRB's list of Credit Control Corp complaints.

So Credit Control Corp won't remove those for you?  I'm about to hit them up for medical PIF's.

Nope.  No response from GW's 1-4, BBB closed in their favor, they responded without class and tact.  I venture with more GWs until I can think of another tactic.
