CO on TU and CFPB Complaint

TU responded to my CFPB complaint about a CO. They failed to provide a MOV within 15 days. When I complained on BBB it took longer than 30 days for them to respond. What is my next step?

Re: CO on TU and CFPB Complaint

I can't sue under the FCRA in small claims?

Re: CO on TU and CFPB Complaint

Your next action would be to contact a Attorney and find out what your rights would be, and what your next course of action should be.

Leave the legal issues to the professional Attorney's

Yes, you can sue them for not responding to your MOV.  Their response was required within 15 days of receiving it.

Not everyone can afford an attorney.  The OP has the right to file a claim in small claims court, with or without an attorney.
