CRA MOV

Has anyone here had success with a CRA MOV? I have not had a lot of luck getting them to answer my requests. They basically tell me to contact the OC and/or CA If anyone has had luck getting their MOV requests answered how did you get the CRA to respond. I'm getting tired of sending letters that go unanswered. Not mention spending $$ per letter.

Re: CRA MOV

Funny, that's the exact same letter I've been using with my MOV requests.

Re: CRA MOV

No, I haven't. I find the MOV letter only useful in that it might produce a written explanation (bogus of course) from a CRA on how they verify...it's always electronically verified. An ineffective MOV will lead (and should) to a lawsuit.

Yes! And as I said, the CRA will state the account was verified electronically...nothing more, nothing less.

Re: CRA MOV

I understand that the CRAs use E-Oscar.  However, I was under the impression from reading various posts that when a consumer requests MOV that simply sending the Automated Consumer Dispute Verification wasn't enough.  Is there any case law or an FTC Opinion letter out there that discusses the MOV process?
