CRA dispute question

Hello everyone,

I have a collection on my report, that was paid to oc, and and later they agreed that account was sent to collection in error... it is being already one month as they agreed to send a letter to CRA, but the collection is still on my report... I also contacted CA and they told me that they sent a letters to cra...

now is my question, should i just wait when that collection gets removed... or to send a dispute letter to credit bureus (I have a letter from OC and also all 3 reports)?

It can take up to 90 days to be removed.

If the item is not removed in 90 days file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Trust me it won't take long for the update to be completed after they receive a complaint on CFPB letterhead.
