Called EX for EE

I called EX for 2 charge offs 1 falling off on 8/20 the other one falling off on 10/20, the rep told me that he spoke to a Super and told me to call back in the middle of July to ee the on on 8/20 and to call back on middle of Sept to ee for the one falling off on 10/20. Has any one heard of that? Be safe every one

I had a hard time the last time I called EX for an EE. I just continued to call. I was in the phone for over 8 hours that day. I called until I got one to help me. It was a long day. Good luck

EX EE has 2 month baked into the date they give you for "on report until", so that means you can EE 1 month before that. Inwish they would explain that because people think it is 3 month earlier than that date.

July and Sept it is!
