So per my mortgage broker - I called Experian yesterday (haven't called the other two yet) to delete dispute statuses, and she was very sweet and said "well since you're trying to buy a home, i'll delete the non medical collection account that is set to fall off in april of next year if you would like me to?" I was like "hell yes!!" ha.. so that should now be deleted within 48 hours she said. woohoo! hoping TU and EQ will do the same.
