Can a TL disappear during dispute process?

Hi, everyone...

Two days ago I disputed a judgement on EX, because I got a letter that the judgement was satisfied and released.

Today I checked my EX report, and the judgement isn't there anymore. Does this mean that it was deleted even though I didn't get an update e-mail/letter? Or do they temporairily remove it until the dispute process is over? I don't want to get excited for no reason, haha.

PR and collections are never removed from scoring during a dispute.  Wait til you get your results to make sure.

If any information is changed or deleted as the result of a dispute, the CRA is required to include an updated copy of your CR along with their Notice of Results of Reinvestigation that shows the changes have actually been made.

I dont have to guess or order a copy of your CR to ensure they have actually made the deletion.
