Additionally you could do an internet search for contact info, or try looking on here: ceoemail.com.

Barclays is a MESS to get a hold of. Over the last few weeks I called every number known to man, but these seemed to be the domestic ones that are not the basic call center lines:

800-726-5162 (may go to call center)

866-456-0677 (I think this gets to collections)

866-456-0706 (derog accts/charge off)

Good luck. They make it SUPER hard to get answers.

I just hung up with them to settle my account. 866-408-4070. I owed 1666.00, they settled for $664.00. I plan to email the CEO for goodwill removal next week. I found his contact on the ceo email site.
