Canceled Lexington Now 2 Month Wait??

We are in the beginning stage of purchasing a home and our LO referred us to his "credit guy" to speed things along. We canceled Lexington and this new guy says we can't do anything with our credit for 2 months. He says we need to give it that time to allow whatever Lexington was doing to clear out.

What do you guys think about that? I was just going to send PFD letters to the few things on my report but I don't want to ruin all the progress I've made.

You can always make new offers at any time.

Whatever negotiations may have been floating, they are not binding until accepted.

I see no reason to delay taking a new course on any negotiation if it is a substantive change that you consider better than what was previously offered.

A PFD remains an offer until accepted.

I would move forward, particularly if your new PFD will reach the desk of a new decision maker.

I wouldn't use any guy.. I would take it into your own hands and do it yourself.
