Cap One Credit Line Consolidation

This is from the Credit Cards forum but since there are many Cap One card holders here I thought I'd share.

While rebuilding cards can't be PCd to Premiums, then can be consolidated (combined) with any other Cap One cards including Premiums.

To consolidate Cap One cards:

1.  One of the cards must have a zero balance, the other one can have a balance on it.
2.  Both credit card accounts must be in good standing.
3.  Both cards must be at least six months old.
4.  There can be no pending transactions on either account.
5.  The 'consolidation' option won't be visible unless one of the two cards has a zero balance.
6.  You can consolidate any type of Cap One cards together (QS to Venture, Platinum to Venture, QS1 to QS VS, etc).

The maximum number of Cap One cards a person can have at one time is FIVE, which includes Platinum, QS and Venture.

Big takeaway for rebuilders is that MC can be consolidated with Visa Sig.
