Cap One questions and advice needed/ Help

Hi everyone!

Need some advice on Goodwilling Cap One for the lates I have from the time I went through my divorce. Do you think it is ok to goodwill now, or should I wait until they are at $0 balances? Also should I send a separate letter for each card or is it ok to include all 3 in one letter begging for forgiveness? I have included pics of the lates below for reference. Sorry for the quality but it made me resize the pics before uploading.

Thanks in advance Smiley Happy

You can try. Cap1 is not known to do GW letters. Maybe 2-3 times a year a success story may show up here. Good Luck!

Yes, I read they aren't the kindest with GW's and I have the saturation technique thread handy to help me. But I just want to be in the best position possible when I send them out. Do you know if need to pay them all off first or if I should send separate letters for each card?

Re: Cap One questions and advice needed/ Help

I don’t think you necessarily have to be paid to zero- your overall payment behavior since the problems will matter most and if it’s been perfect, that helps. I think one letter is fine - they’ll either do it or they won’t. If for some reason you get a sympathetic person who is willing to adjust, you’d want them to have all accounts in front of them. It would really suck to have one willing person clear them on one account, but the other two go to some hard @$$ who says no.
