Does anyone have a back door number or fax number, something, for Capital One Auto Finance. I want to send a GW letter. Already tried mailing it to the address on my CR, but nothing...i'd be soooooo grateful.

Ok, that was a bust 
Although the lady was very understanding, she used the ole..."it's against the rules". I will not give up though. If I send that GW letter everyday, I will! So...if anyone has a fax number for them, I can fax it to them everyday too! Any assistance would be tremendously appreciated!
