I have sent out emails to almsot every creditor on my credit report about lates and the one that keeps coming up is Capital one. From a best buy card, to auto loan, to a regular credit card. Turns out I have burned them a hell of a lot more than anyone else. Yet I got approved for two cards in March, go figure.
I want to make it right with them with the recent credit card. It was not charged off or sent to another CA it was just closed as per creditors request. However, the auto loan has a couple 60days past due and Best buy/cbna which turned into best buy/cap1 has a few 120+ lates. I want to try and either get these removed or knocked down to 60 day lates. I am hoping for an email or phone number or both I can send some GW letters to and chat with online or on the phone. These capital one accounts are really the only thing hurting me at this point. Aside from some FedLoan stuff that should be getting taken care of.
Any help on this matter is much appreciated.
