Capital One Credit Card Settlement?

I have 2 charged off credit cards from about 3 years ago from Capital One and was curious if I could do a settlement on them and if so, how much should I offer to pay?

One card has a balance of $657 and the other one is $583

I need to get these paid off and updating to $0 as quick as possible as I am trying to get a home loan

I believe it would look better paid in full and 0 balance rather than settled for less in the eyes of the UW. You paid your debts in full.
