Hello:

I have 1 big baddie on my credit report left. Yes, a score in the 700s with a paid chare off.

First: Anyone have a GW letter they mind sharing that worked for them?

Second: Would it beter to keep this on or off? This is a 11 year old account which is helping my average age.

Recent Scores: EQ 839 TU 824 EX 821
Goal Score: 840

I don't have any pointers for you. You obviously have had great success in rebuilding! Hope to get there someday as well!

I do have a question, if this one is removed, how will it effect your AAoA?

Is it your oldest account, etc.?

You might be dinged 90 points for the chargeoff but helped 0-30 points for the age, depending on the age of your next oldest.

I’d try to get it removed.

So if removed, thenet would be roughly +60?
