Capital One next steps?

Spouse approved for QS and Platinum back in March, upgraded the Platinum to a QS one shortly after it opened. CLI from $300 to $800 after 65 days on each card. Just received credit steps this month. Where do we need to go from here? Combine these cards? Apply for another Cap One?

Also, has Capital one changed policy about applying for both at the same time?

Capital Ones current policy is only one application every six months.

Wait another six months to get CLI's on both cards. Then combine them (the one you want to keep is the upgraded Platinum, close the QS1) and app for another card.
