Can someone please PM me the phone number and email address for Capital one executive office. Trying to get a CLI on a household bank card that just transitioned to capital one. Household bank told me for a year and a half they were not able to give me a CLI because the account was being transitioned. Capital one took over the account a week ago tried over the computer for CLI and was told the account is still being transitioned. I had this card from November 2011 950.00 CL i use the card a lot every month with the bill being paid every month before the statement is generated to show a zero balance.
